The short version
- You enter a public Chess.com username, and the analysis runs in your browser.
- This site does not have accounts, and it does not store the usernames you enter or the games they load.
- This site does not set cookies or use local storage itself.

What happens when you analyze a username
When you press "Analyze games", your browser sends requests directly to Chess.com's public API to load that player's public profile and public game archive. The results are counted and drawn on your device. This site does not receive the username or the games, and it does not keep a copy of them.
The data comes from public Chess.com profiles and games, which anyone can see without logging in. The tool works on any public username, not only your own. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Chess.com.
Links and shared results
If you share a link that ends with a username, such as #username, the part after the "#" stays in the browser and is not sent to this site's server when the link is opened.
The share image is created in your browser and is not uploaded to this site. If you choose to post it to X, send it through WhatsApp, or use your device's share menu, the content goes to that service and is handled under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies and does not use your browser's local storage. Some third parties described below may set their own, in particular if advertising is shown.
Third parties involved
- Chess.com receives the requests for the profile and game data, and it serves the player's avatar image. It therefore sees your IP address and browser details, as it does for any visit to its site.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this site. Loading them sends your IP address and browser details to Google.
- The hosting provider that serves this site's files may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, time of visit and the page requested.
Advertising
This site may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense or similar partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a person's previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and you can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
